How long does a usual delivery take once my order is dispatched and how much does it cost ?
All orders are packaged and sent by First Class post with the Royal Mail. Most items arrive within 24-48 hours after we have dispatched them - however, please allow a week or more during holidays and busy periods. There is a flat rate charge of £3.50 per order no matter how many items you order. This fee also covers packaging costs.
How long does it take for my item to be dispatched?
Please allow 10-15 working days for printed item(s) to be created and then dispatched to your address following your order. If you have a deadline that is less than this time period then please get in touch via the Contact Page on this website before you place your order - we will do our very best to accommodate you where we can. Christmas orders may take longer than 3 weeks.
Can I send items directly as gifts to my friends or family?
Yes! This website makes it possible to order gifts to be sent directly as a gift.
When purchasing a gift to be sent directly to a recipient please make sure you tick the box which asks ‘Add gift options”, which will then open a box for you to add a personal gift message - this will be hand written on a postcard or inside a selected greeting card. You can then add the recipients address at the checkout in the 'Delivery Address' section.
Can I order something different?
There are customisable designs available on this website and that are made to order; you can choose to add text to your image print when ordering through the website.
If you would like something that is completely different - we are happy to discuss your ideas and something totally unique can be created for you. Custom project requests are welcomed - but please give as much notice as possible as there will be certain times of year that are very busy and it may not be possible. I’ve received my order, but there is a damage or a mistake
Firstly, we are sorry! While we try our very best to ensure orders are received perfectly, occasionally mistakes and problems happen. Please contact us as soon as you can by replying to your order confirmation email, or via the contact form with your order number so that we have the correct details - and please let us know what the problem is. We will remake your order and resend it as soon as we can, with thanks for your understanding.
Can I collect my order from you directly?
Direct collections are not currently available from the Doodah Studio - but if you wish to make alternative arrangements for a collection from elsewhere, please contact us
Do you sell to wholesale customers?
Yes, if you have a shop or are interested in stocking artwork or custom products for your organisation or business, then please do get in touch via the Contact Page and we will look forward to hearing from you.
